The next phase of the Six Points mixed-use development in West Allis will likely be a three-story, 50-unit apartment building.

But plans for a grocery store on the former industrial site have been dropped.

Mandel Group Inc. plans to develop the apartment building, which would include 10,000 square feet of street-level commercial space, south of West National Avenue, and west of South 66th Street, said John Stibal, West Allis development director.
